Cecilia’s Vineyard Villa is a luxury, contemporary Tuscan, two story 3000 square foot estate home, with 4bedrooms (1downstairs and 3up) and 3-˝ beautifully appointed bathrooms, and accommodates up to 8 adults (not recommended for children under 10).  With an open floor plan and Great Room, soaring cathedral ceilings up to 20+feet, and an abundance of custom windows and French doors, this gorgeous home features a very well equipped Gourmet Kitchen with marble countertops, Jade professional gas range/oven, 2-drawer dishwasher, microwave, island with sink and butcher block top, wine refrigerator, Media Room, library, 2 fireplaces (1 gas-logged and 1 with log candelabra), and central heat and air conditioning.  Looking onto the three acre vineyard and young olive grove, this spectacular property also has a 3car garage and a seasonal creek with an arched redwood bridge. 

With a high special skylight, French Doors, and vaulted, open beamed ceilings, the first upstairs bedroom has a plush king bed with luscious linens and bedding, a decorative fireplace with ceramic log candelabra, 2 night stands with lamps, a 46" LCD HD TV with High Definition DirecTV on the wall above the fireplace, a CD player/clock, armoire, chair, lamp, and Tuscan style artwork, which all make for a romantic and lovely environment.

A Sports and Movie Buff's paradise, the Media Room features a 52" LCD HD TV with High Definition DirecTV.  Additionally equipped with DVD, VCR, CD, XM satellite music channels and Ipod interface, it is furnished with a large, comfortable, custom sofa, leather ottoman with tops which can be reversed to create a coffee table, and an area rug over the cherrywood floor.  Some guests may want to spend their entire vacation enjoying and exploring the many features and Audio-Visual amenities of this special room!

In addition to all the wine related activities, Healdsburg is a world class destination, featuring fine dining, art and antique galleries, specialty shops and spas, and a variety of interesting activities centered around the mature, redwood tree lined, newly renovated central plaza with fountain and gazebo.  The surrounding areas are also rich with opportunities for hiking, biking, golfing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, and exploring the beautiful northern California coast and redwoods. 

Day passes to the Parkpoint Health and Swim Club are available for $15/day for adults, $10/day for children 10-16, and $6/day for children 9 and under.   This premier club has it all, with heated lap, aqua exercise, and children’s pool; weight and exercise machines; exercise, yoga, and pilates classes; all styles of massage; snack bar; etc.
